Returns
DEFECTIVE DEVICES
If you receive a defective device (dead on arrival, leaking in sealed packaging, or manufacturing defect), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will require photos of the defect and original packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used devices
- Devices with broken seals
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without authorization
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

02Describe the issue and attach photos if applicable
03Wait for authorization before returning any item
04Ship item with provided return label (if approved)
REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
